Loan Tips Get Better Bargains For Your Loan

The turn into the 21st century brought with opportunities that cannot be quantified or measured. Looking back 20 years ago today, I can't just believe how easy it is to get access to credit. Even mobile telecommunication services are offering advance on air time which you can pay later. Completely unbelievable!!

With interest lending rates on the downtrend, banking institutions on the other hand are busy 'hawking' credit loan facilities and cash advance to willing customers. Better still, they are at hand to offer debt consolidation. (This entails taking out one loan to pay off many others. This is often done to secure a lower interest rate, secure a fixed interest rate or for the convenience of servicing only one loan.)

You have the strength

You have the strength to choose your thoughts. You have the strength to choose your actions, your attitude, and your feelings in any given moment.

You have the strength to decide what to focus the energy of your life upon. You can be strong in any way you choose to be strong.

Life will often come at you fast and furious and in an unrelenting way. Yet as intense as it may become, it never has to overwhelm you.

Live now

Let go of the need for things to be a particular way, and enjoy life just as it is. Let go of the assumption that you must always have something more, and find true enjoyment in all that is already in your life.

Dream big, meaningful dreams and make detailed, effective plans for bringing those dreams about. Live forward toward those dreams, but don't ever postpone your enjoyment of life.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

" There is so much about my fate that l cannot control, but other things do fall under my jurisdiction. l can decide how to spend my time, whom to interact with, whom to share my body and life and energy with. l can select what l can read and eat and study. l can choose how I'm going to regard unfortunate circumstances in my life - whether l will see them as curses or opportunities. l can choose my words and the tone of voice in which l speak to others. And most of all, l can choose my thoughts."

5 Inspirations for Being in the Moment

Normally, we do not so much look at things as overlook them. — Alan Watts.

Every Thursday is Happiness Day on Zen Habits.

How often have you eaten a meal and not really tasted it, or completed a chore or drove to work without really thinking about it?

Our days often pass us by while our minds are elsewhere.

One of my favorite methods of finding happiness and preventing stress is living in the moment — also known as mindfulness. It’s one of the foundations of Zen Buddhism, of course, (actually all Buddhism, I believe), but it’s not necessarily meditation, per se — it’s more being aware of your actions and thoughts, and what your senses bring in, in your every day routine.

Get Off Your Butt: 16 Ways to Get Motivated When You’re in a Slump

Even the most motivated of us — you, me, Tony Robbins — can feel unmotivated at times. In fact, sometimes we get into such a slump that even thinking about making positive changes seems too difficult.

But it’s not hopeless: with some small steps, baby ones in fact, you can get started down the road to positive change.

Yes, I know, it seems impossible at times. You don’t feel like doing anything. I’ve been there, and in fact I still feel that way from time to time. You’re not alone. But I’ve learned a few ways to break out of a slump, and we’ll take a look at those today.
